This page offers information on the system requirements of Chaos Anima.


## **Overview**

Our software has been designed to run on a wide range of hardware and software configurations, although performance levels will vary depending on the processing speed, graphics card, and memory of the system. Below you can see a list of the minimum and recommended specifications:

- Intel® i5 or AMD FX processor or better (that support AVX).
- Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, or Windows 11 (all 64 bit).
- 8GB of RAM (32 GB recommended).
- 10 GB of available hard disk space.
- DirectX® 10 or OpenGL® capable graphics card with 1Gb VRAM (8 Gb recommended).
- An internet connection is **mandatory**.


In case you have any doubts, we recommend trying first the free trial version.


**Chaos Anima officially supports the 4 latest versions of 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine plugins at the time of Anima’s release.**

## **3ds Max Plugin Requirements**

- Supported versions of **3ds Max** **2027** – **2024** (64 bit).

## **Cinema 4D Plugin Requirements**

- Supported versions of **Cinema 4D 2026 – 2023** (64 bit).

## **Unreal Engine Plugin Requirements**

- Supported versions of **Unreal Engine**: **UE 5.8, 5.7**, **UE 5.6, and UE 5.5 **(64 bit).
