This page gives some details on what hardware and operating systems are required for Chaos License Server to work properly.


##  **Windows**

Please make sure that your system fulfills these requirements before installing Chaos License Server on a Windows machine.

| **Processor** | Intel® Pentium® IV or compatible processor with SSE4.2 support (x64) |
| **RAM** | 256 MB RAM, preferably 512 MB RAM |
| **Operating System** | Microsoft<sup>® </sup>Windows 8.1, Windows 10 Professional operating system, Windows 11 |
| **Hard Disk Space** | 40 MB Hard Disk Space, preferably 200 MB Hard Disk Space |
| **USB Port** | USB 1.0 required for hardware lock, preferably USB 3.0 |
| **TCP/IP** | Only IPv4 is supported. IPv6 is currently not supported |
| **Network Capability** | Ethernet card or WiFi |


##  **Linux**
