This page provides information about the standard font we use.


## **Overview**

Poppins has been the standard font for Chaos Documentation since Spring 2021.

> ⚠️ If you need a piece of text to appear in a monospaced style, use either the **Code **formatting option (shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+M) or the **Code Block** macro.
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ Previously, the Poppins font was not compatible with the Monospace formatting, which is the legacy version of the Code formatting. This issue has now been resolved. However, if you encounter any problems with the Code formatting option, try clearing the existing formatting and using the Code Block macro or something else.


## **Control the Font**

The font is controlled through the Refined administration panel and is added as an html code. Please refer to the [Update HTML Code article](https://docs-chaos.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DOCSGUIDE/pages/682524696) for detailed instructions on how to do that.
