This page provides instructions for exporting a Confluence space as a zipped HTML file and uploading it to the Archived Versions page for the current product.


## **Overview**

Before publishing the documentation for a major product release (i.e. a major version or an update), you must export the ONLINE documentation space of the product as an HTML file and upload it both to the external Google Drive and to the product’s Archived Versions page. Each major version should be archived and set for download.

For example, if you need to update the Envision documentation for the upcoming Update 4 release, go to the Envision ONLINE docs space and export the public documentation for Update 3. Then upload the ZIP file to Google Drive and to the Archived Versions page of Envision. Only after completing this step should you publish the documentation for Update 4.
