This article provides instructions for exporting a single page as a PDF or Word file.


## **Overview**

There are occasional cases when clients require documentation for a specific feature or workflow that should not be included in the public documentation. In such cases, it is acceptable to create a page in the documentation and lock it, then export its content as a PDF or Word document. The decision to delete or retain this page in the documentation space is up to you and the product manager.

> ⚠️ Please note that individual pages can be exported only from the Confluence Cloud site. Pages cannot be exported from the Refined Theme site.
