This page provides information on geometry flickering or jittering in Enscape caused by bounding box limitations. Issue  Users may encounter geometry flickering (jittering), Enscape crashes during rendering, reduced performance, or abnormal material and texture behavior. These problems are often caused by the project exceeding bounding box limitations within the CAD application or Enscape. The issue typically occurs in the following scenarios: The overall project size is too large. The project is positioned too far from the origin (0,0,0). Key geometry is significantly off-center, even when the rest of the model is well-centered. Cause Real-time rendering operates with floating-point representations of geometry, where numerical precision degrades with larger values. When geometry is far from the origin or when the model spans very large dimensions, this loss of precision introduces visual artifacts, especially during projection onto your screen or images. Solutions Depending on your situation, you can try the following adjustments: Recenter the Model If your model is placed far from the origin, move it closer to the (0,0,0) point. This improves numerical precision and ensures the bounding box stays within reliable dimensions. Reduce Model Size Scale down the entire project if it's excessively large. This can prevent exceeding internal limits in both Enscape and your CAD tool. Isolate and Split the Project If the model is too complex or includes distant components, consider breaking it into smaller sub-projects or removing parts that are not relevant for rendering.
