This page provides information on what hardware and operating systems are required for Enscape Envision to work properly. Technical Requirements Processor Intel 64, AMD64 or compatible processor with AVX2 support RAM Minimum of 8 GB of GPU VRAM. It is recommended to have system RAM at least twice the size of GPU VRAM. Operating system Microsoft® Windows® 10 with Update 2004 (version 10.0.19041) or newer Licensing Envision license with License Server 6.2.0 or newer GPU Acceleration DXR compatible NVIDIA® or AMD or Intel discrete GPU NVIDIA Cards: Turing architecture : GeForce RTX 20XX Series,  Quadro RTX X000 Series Ampere architecture: GeForce RTX 30XX Series, (Quadro)RTX AX000 Series Ada Lovelace architecture: GeForce RTX 40XX Series, (Quadro)RTX X000 Ada Series Blackwell architecture: GeForce RTX 50XX Series Рequired driver 515 or newer in WDDM mode, recommended driver 537.13 or newer For more information on NVIDIA models, click  here  and  here . Intel cards (experimental): Intel Arc series For more information on Intel models, click  here . Currently, Envision doesn’t support multi-GPU setup.  Supported Platforms Enscape Envision works with . vrscene  files exported from Enscape, V-Ray, and Corona. Platforms Enscape V-Ray Corona Version Enscape 4.2 & later V-Ray Next & later Corona 12 & later Support We recommend using Enscape, V-Ray 5 and later, or Corona 12 and later for the ultimate experience. If you are not using any of the above-mentioned Chaos products, you can still export .vrscene files from some 3D modelling applications via the free  Chaos Bridge  compatibility plugin. It is an independent .vrscene file exporter available for SketchUp, Rhino and Revit. More details can be found  here . A free .vrscene exporter is also available in Revit as part of the V-Ray toolbar. It does not require a license but requires a V-Ray installation. The exporter is available in V-Ray 7 for Revit, update 1. To connect to Envision via Distributed Rendering from V-Ray for Rhino, V-Ray for SketchUp, or V-Ray for Revit, you must use a compatible V-Ray or Chaos Bridge version. For Envision 1.4, install V-Ray 7.20.02 (Update 2.2) or Chaos Bridge 7.20.02, for example: Chaos Bridge 7 for SketchUp, Update 2.2 V-Ray 7 for SketchUp, Update 2.2 Chaos Bridge 7 for Revit, Update 2.2 V-Ray 7 for Revit, Update 2.2 Chaos Bridge 7 for Rhino, Update 2.2 V-Ray 7 for Rhino, Update 2.2 Updating Drivers If you need an update of your NVIDIA drivers, follow the video instructions. Go to your desktop and right-click an empty area of the background. If you are using an NVIDIA graphics card, you should see the  NVIDIA Control Panel  option. If you do not see it, make sure your graphics card meets the system requirements. If you are using an AMD graphics card, look for the  AMD  equivalent instead. In the NVIDIA Control Panel, click  System Information  in the lower-left corner. The  System Information  window opens and displays details about the NVIDIA card you are using. Leave it open for reference. Open a web browser and go to  https://www.nvidia.com/. On the website, click  Drivers . Under  Manual Driver Search , select the correct graphics card model and operating system. Click  Find . For Envision, you can use either the Studio Driver or the Game Ready Driver. Download the driver installation file and install it. After the installation is complete, restart your computer to ensure the changes are applied properly.
