This page describes the first-time personalization workflow in Enscape Envision, including how to select a UI theme and a UI mode.


## Overview

On first launch, Envision displays the Envision Home welcome screen with a short personalization flow. The flow consists of two steps: selecting an interface theme and selecting a workflow mode. The chosen settings apply immediately across the app and persist across sessions, including in Cosmos.

The personalization screen appears again on subsequent launches unless the **Show this screen on startup** option is disabled.

To prevent the personalization screen from appearing on the next launch, keep the **Show this screen on startup** option disabled in the bottom-left corner of the personalization screen.

When the option is disabled, Envision starts directly with the most recently selected theme and mode on the next launch. Re-enabling the screen requires opening **Edit > Preferences**.
