Each account can submit the form only once and receive one license. > ℹ️ - If you have multiple users (e.g., three Player users), each user must submit the form individually using their own account. > ℹ️ - The free license is valid for 1 year; after that, it can be renewed by submitting the form again. > ℹ️ - If you require five or more seats, please [contact us](https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), and we can assist you directly. > ℹ️ > ℹ️ **For users using V-Ray Premium, Corona Premium, V-Ray Collection, or Corona Collection:** > ℹ️ > ℹ️ If you are using Chaos Player with V-Ray or Corona Premium/Collection, a free Player license will be automatically included in your subscription, and your access will continue as before, with no action required. > ℹ️ > ℹ️ Chaos Player will remain available but will no longer be included in the commercial offering. ## **Running the Installer** --- Before you install Chaos Player, make sure your Windows account has administrative privileges. For Linux, make sure the installer is allowed to be executed and run it.
