This page provides information about the Color Management rollout of the V-Ray tab.

## **Overview**

---

## **Options**

---

**Rendering RGB Primaries** – Selects a display color space for the rendered image. The selected mode is saved as metadata to .vrimg. The selected mode is, by default, automatically applied to any [VRayBitmap](https://docs-chaos.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VC4D/pages/116851199) or [Bitmap Node](https://docs-chaos.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VC4D/pages/116855718) imported into the scene. *To disable the automatic application of the Rendering RGB Primaries, see the **[Preferences V-Ray Menu](https://docs-chaos.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VC4D/pages/116854222)** options*.

**sRGB **– Image is rendered in sRGB color space. This is the color space for most monitors and computer displays.
**ACEScg **– Image is rendered in ACEScg color space. This color space allows for a greater range of color transformations in post. It has a wider gamut of colors than the sRGB linear gamut and should be encoded into a 16-bit floating .exr.

**Copy Color Management to V-Ray VFB** – Executing this command creates an instance of the VFB with a copy of the document color management settings. This prevents implicit overwrites over user modifications of the VFB display color corrections.
