My Projects is the landing page of Cloud Collaboration. It contains your projects. Search by name  – Searches all projects and files. My projects  – Displays all personal projects. Reviews  – Opens the Reviews space. Shared with me  – Displays all files that are shared with you. Trash  – Displays all discarded files that are automatically removed forever after 60 days. Create project  – Opens the  Create project  popup window. Sort by  – Sorts projects by  Name , date  Created on , or  Modified on .  Order Direction  – Inverts the order of items. List View  – Switches to  list  view. Grid View  – Switches to  grid  view. New Project After creating a new project, it appears in the My projects space. Click on the project to access it. A project can contain  Folders ,  Virtual tours , and  Files .  Information  – Opens the  Information  menu. Share  – Opens the  Share project  popup window.  Create New  – Opens the create submenu. Choose an item to add to the project. Create virtual tour  – Opens the  Create virtual tour  popup window. Create folder  – Opens the  Create folder  pop-up window. Create review  – Opens the Create review pop-up window. For more information, see the  Reviews page . Upload  – Uploads files from your computer. You can upload up to 10 image files (100 MB at a time), you can upload one video (up to 4 GB) at a time, or you can upload PDF files (up to 200 MB per file). Supported image formats: PNG, JPEG, WEBP, GIF, TIFF, AVIF, and EXR image files. Supported video formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and WEBM. Sort by  – Sorts projects by  Name , date  Created on , or  Modified on .  Order Direction  – Inverts the order of items. List View  – Switches to  list  view. Grid View  – Switches to  grid  view. Empty new project Full project Folders and Virtual Tours Comments  – Shows the number of comments for this Folder or Virtual tour. Additional Options  – Opens the Folder or Virtual tour options menu. Share  – Opens the Share popup window.  Rename  – Edits the item name.   Move to  – Moves this item to another location within the My projects space.  Copy folder/virtual tour  – Copies this item to another location within the My projects space.  Download  – Downloads the folder or virtual tour to your local directory.  Upload thumbnail  – Opens a File upload window, where you can specify an image to serve as the thumbnail of the folder, or virtual tour. Reset thumbnail  – Removes the custom thumbnail and reverts the thumbnail to the original image. Move to trash  – Sends the item to the Trash.  Image Files Version  – Indicates the image file version. Enhanced  – Indicates that the image has been enhanced and the current version of the image. Original  – Indicates that the image is uploaded for enhancement and this is currently the original version. Comments  – Shows the number of comments for this image file. Additional Options  – Opens the file options menu. Share  – Opens the Share popup window.  Rename  – Edits the image file name.  Move to  – Moves this image to another location within the My projects space. Copy file  – Copies this image file to another location within the My projects space. Set as thumbnail  – Uses the image as a thumbnail for the entire Project. Enhance image  (only images uploaded for enhancement) – Starts the AI Enhancer and generates an automatically enhanced version of the image.  For more information, see the  AI Enhancer  page. Upload new version  – Uploads a new image version.  Download file (version)   as PNG/original EXR  – Downloads a specific image or image version in the specified file format. Delete file version  (only images with multiple versions) – Deletes a specific image version. Move to trash  – Sends the image file to the Trash. Select the image file version you want to download or delete from the drop down menu.  Video Files Comments  – Shows the number of comments for this video file. Duration  – Shows the total duration of the video file. Additional Options  – Opens the video file options menu. Share  – Opens the Share popup window.  Rename  – Edits the video file name.  Move to  – Moves this video to another location within the My projects space. Copy file  – Copies this video file to another location within the My projects space. Set as thumbnail  – Uses the video thumbnail as a thumbnail for the entire Project. Download file  – Downloads the video to your machine. Move to trash  – Sends the image file to the Trash. Virtual Tour After creating a Virtual tour, it appears in the current project. Click on the Virtual tour to open it and add files.  Read more about  Virtual Tours  here. Information  – Opens the  Information  menu. Virtual Tour Comments  – Opens the  Virtual tour comments  menu. Share  – Opens the  Share project  popup window. Edit  – Opens the Virtual tour  Edit  menu. Start virtual tour  – Starts the Virtual tour in full-screen. Add filters  – Opens the  Add files  popup window. Select from already uploaded files in other projects or folders to add to the currently opened Virtual tour.   Upload  – Uploads files from your computer. Equirectangular/spherical panoramas, cube and stereo panoramas (left-right & top-down types) are supported. Drag and drop files to change their order within a Virtual tour to create a custom arrangement. Files in Virtual Tours Version  – Shows the file version. Comments  – Shows the number of comments for this file. Additional Options  – Opens the file options menu. Rename  – Edits the file name.  Move to  – Moves this file to another location within the My projects space.  Copy file  – Copies this file to another location within the My projects space. Enhance image  – Starts the AI Enhancer and generates an automatically enhanced version of the image.  For more information, see the  AI Enhancer  page. Set as thumbnail  – Uses the image as a thumbnail for the entire Virtual Tour. Set as floor plan  – Sets the image as the floor plan for this Virtual tour. Only a flat image can be set as the floor plan. Upload new version  – Uploads a new file version.  Download file (version)   as PNG/original EXR  – Downloads a specific file version in the specified file format. Delete file version  – Deletes a specific file version.  Move to trash  – Sends the file to the Trash. 3D Scenes The Chaos Cloud Collaboration 3D Streaming mode enables real-time navigation through dynamic and immersive three-dimensional environments, allowing you to explore virtual spaces with a high level of detail and realism.  Read more about  3D Streaming  here. Comments  – Shows the number of comments for this file. Additional Options  – Opens the file options menu. Live Status  – Indicates that the 3D Streaming session is running for this scene. Share  – Opens the Share popup window.  Rename  – Edits the file name.   Move to  – Moves this file to another location within the My projects space.  Copy file  – Copies this file to another location within the My projects space.  Set as thumbnail  – Uses the thumbnail of the 3D Scene as a thumbnail for the entire Project. Move to trash  – Sends the file to the Trash.  AI Enhancer The AI Enhancer uses  Chaos Credits .  For more information, see  Chaos Credits  documentation. Enscape  and  Enscape Envision  have an AI Enhancer tool that sends the rendered image to Chaos Cloud Collaboration for additional quality enhancement. The AI Enhancer feature is available in the Collaboration tab. You can recognize renders that can be enhanced by the AI Enhancer tag   . You can start enhancing either through the three-dot menu on the image thumbnail >  Enhance image  or with the  Enhance  button when you open the image.
