Activate your product > ℹ️ If you already have a commercial license, you are not eligible for the free trial. 1. --- 2. --- 3. --- 4. --- 5. --- 6. ## **Canceling the Subscription** --- If you wish to cancel the subscription, you can do so from the [Active Products page](https://my.chaos.com/products) of the my.chaos website. The Cancel subscription link is located next to the **Auto renewal** status. Click on the link, fill out the questionnaire, and you will disable the auto-renewal. You can continue using the trial until its expiration date, but it will be removed from your account and will not renew after that.
